Since 2014 Karni Wolf works at "she codes", a community of women in technology, created to achieve an equal number of female and male software developers in Israel. As a General Manager (since 2018) she manages the organization of over 20,000+ participants, with a team of 300+ leaders. she codes sets the goal, strategy and plan to reach 50% female software developers. The community received multiple swards: 8200’s Social Accelerator, WeWork’s Creators, UN Social Change, GeekTime’s Social Impact.

From 2018 to 2018, Karni Wolf was hired as Software Developer at Dynamic Yield. Before that she worked as Branch Manager at the Ben Gurion University of Negev. She founded a community of over 10.000 female software developers with the goal of reaching 50% female software developers in the Israeli hi-tech industry within a decade.

Karni Wolf holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
