Head of Industry 4.0 Educational Programmes

In 2014,  Pavel Bilenko accepted the offer to lead the project in creating an international industrial company for pumps and pump units manufacture. He devised all business processes from scratch, created a team of 224 people for the factory. As the result production reached annual turnover of over 122 mln. USD. 

From 2014 to 2016, he worked as a Director General of a hi-tech machine-building factory, he created and led the production team to successful engineering products manufacture. Pavel Bilenko Has conducted the transfer of technology from a leading European manufacturer to ensure import substitution of rotary pumps and related aggregates.

In 2014, he founded a pre-school educational centre in Kaluga, whose team were recognized as the best among 200 centers in Russia in 2015. He founded Fabinka, the first fablab in Kaluga, Russia. Over 100 families benefit from the educational serivces of the centre.

From 2007-2014, he grew from an engineer to the department head of a machine-building holding. Pavel Bilenko managed large-scale projects with the overall turnover over 230 mln. USD and completed the projects in a timely manner, having reached financial targets and having complied with the customer requirements.

In 2006, he won the Presidential Scholarship for a Study Abroad, lived in the UK, worked at management systems laboratory at the University of Manchester.

Before 2004, he worked as an engineering designer at Kaluga Turbine Plant and developed control systems for turbo-generator installations in Kamchatka.
