Elizabeth Rushe is a journalist, radio host, podcast producer, and messy in the kitchen. She hosts the weekly English language show "Off the Record" on Flux FM. Elizabeth's writing has been published by Fast Company, NPR, Vice, Esquire and more - most often covering sustainability and innovation in the food industry. Her food podcast, "Berlin Belly" champions the women working Berlin's food industry.
