Sophia is responsible for Digital Innovation and Transformation @Daimler Financial Services (DFS) and is driving force of the global Startup Intelligence Center which fosters co-creation between startups and DFS.

With her team and her expertise as economic psychologist, she identifies needs as well as pain points of customers and business units and solves them together with the innovation power and technology knowledge of startups. By uniting the best of both worlds, the team aims to improve the customer experience with our financial, insurance and mobility services.

Furthermore she supports startups as mentor and is experienced as international conference speaker.
