The Power of People: HR should set the pace in digital transformation

One thing should be clear to everyone: changes happen - with or without the active participation of HR. The importance of human beings in tomorrow's working world has not been pushed into the background by the use of artificial intelligence and cognitive technology. On the contrary, having the right skills at the right place at the right time will continue to determine which companies are successful and which will no longer exist in a few years' time.
