Henner Kirchner is head of program of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in a project offering higher education opportunities for Syrians and Jordanians in Jordan. Digital learning tools are part of the program. He has a long working history in the development sector and the Arab world.
