Javier Soto Morras, is an Interaction Designer and co-founder of spatial UX design Studio NEEEU. His work at Neeeu focuses on humanising technology and finding affordances for abstract concepts. Before founding NEEEU, Javier worked at IDEO between London and San Francisco, helping tech giants and start-ups understand and develop non-screen based interactive services and products. He is also the founder and inventor of Haize, a bike navigation device which works as a Smart Compass.
Javier is passionate about the emotional connections that emerge from well designed experiences and products. He also loves cycling around the city and spending time with his friends around a glass of wine talking about invisible futures.
Formed in the Royal College of Art and with a background in engineering, Javier’s practise in design has received recognitions such as the European Youth Award, and his work has been exhibited in places such as the MoMA in New York, Design Museum in London or the Design Museum of Seoul.
