Lior Zalmanson is a writer, lecturer, and researcher, interested mainly in digital culture and the information society. He is currently a lecturer at the department of information and knowledge management at the University of Haifa, Israel. His research interests include social media, online commitment, trust and algorithmic management. Lior was a Fulbright scholar at New York University and a research fellow at the Metropolitan Museum Media Lab in New York City. Lior is the Founder of the Print Screen festival, Israel's digital culture festival which explores themes of digital culture in cinema and audio-visual arts. Furthermore, He is a playwright and a screenwriter whose plays and screenplays have won awards, grants and were produced both in Israel, the US and Europe.
