I am a social scientist and educator from Munich with a passion for responsible leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation. I am the spokesperson and co-lead of the Future of Leadership Initiative, a Munich-based Think Tank that brings together top executives, smart young talents and global thought leaders to investigate fundamental challenges of leadership in times of digitalization. Before that, I have worked four years at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), a joint institute by LMU and TUM in Munich, with the goal to educate the innovators of tomorrow. Next to my daily work, I am pursuing my doctoral thesis at the Max-Planck-Institute for Innovation and Competition on "Fostering Female Entrepreneurship". In my research, I am mainly interested how gender stereotypes influence role identification, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and ultimately vocational choices of women. As regards my academic background, I hold a B.A. in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University, a M.Sc. Sustainability Science and Policy from Maastricht University, and a Master of Business Research from LMU Munich.
