Short thesis
In a future of distributed manufacturing, distributed quality control becomes essential. Field Ready designs life-saving devices that are made in disaster responses. Help us with our designs and develop an understanding of the challenges faced in making quality products in some of the most challenging conditions in the world.
Description
In this session participants will support Field Ready's work to have a robust online catalogue of parts for the healthcare sector, which can be downloaded and printed anywhere in the world.
Participants will select items from the catalogue and set-up the print in the GIG pop-up makerspace, then return to collect the finished print and input their comments on the item and process.
The sessions will run from 9-10am, with a display throughout the day.
