Victoria Wenzelmann is a systemic organizational and agile consultant. Her work focuses on social and technological innovation, agile product management, team development and systemic organizational design. She works with start-ups, established companies and international organizations – so far in Germany, South Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia, Botswana, Palestine and Zimbabwe.

Victoria is a co-founder and board member of the GIG Global Innovation Gathering e.V. In 2013 she organized the AfricaHackTrip to Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania. From 2017 to 2019 she was a research associate at the Chair of Information Systems and New Media at the University of Siegen. Previously, she managed the family business and worked as an agile coach at Leanovate.

She is currently travelling between South Africa and Uganda with the Labmobile, a mobile workshop and maker space, working and researching on ecosystems for social and technological innovation, mobile labs and learning spaces, and participatory design for resilience and sustainability. She also writes the weekly column AppDate in the newspaper Frankfurter Rundschau.
