Lena Gieseke is professor for visual media technologies in the Creative Technologies Master's programme and Dean of Studies
She is also doing her PhD at the University of Stuttgart in the Department of Computer Science in the Visual Computing Group.
She is a researcher in the field of computer graphics with a focus on procedural image generation and its controllability.

Women Who Code x newthinking: Creative Technologies
In this talk I will introduce the novel interdisciplinary research group and master’s program "Creative Technologies” of the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. We explore software development as creative tool and experiment with technologies for novel forms of artistic expressions and storytelling. We bring disciplines together and stand for diversity in the development of the digital transformation — diversity in all its meaning, from gender and ethnicities to disciplines, motivations and ideas.
