Dorothée Klaus has worked in the Middle East, Africa and Asia with the UN system for nearly twenty years. She is currently the Director of the Relief and Social Services Programme with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestine refugees in the Near East and also takes care of its Information Management Department. She holds a M.A. in philosophy and ethnology, a M.A. in humanitarian assistance, and a Dr. phil. in geography.
