Andrea is a Research Analyst with the Ranking Digital Rights project. She holds a Ph.D. from American University's School of Communication, where she focused on Internet governance and minority rights. Her work has been published in the peer-reviewed journals Telecommunications Policy and Information, Communication and Society. Previously, she served as a fellow for the LGBT Technology Partnership & Institute.
