Fab Labs and maker spaces offer a huge potential to foster ecological sustainability. However, often a lack of awareness and adequate tools in such spaces inhibit the development of truly sustainable processes and solutions.

At Fab Lab Berlin we are facilitating awareness in sustainable design and local production through a variety of tools and programs as part of the ecoMaker project. Now we’re bringing our approach of ecoMaking to re:publica. Join our Ecodesign Sprint Workshop followed by a discussion about the concepts of sustainable making and circular design.
