Marcel Dickow, PhD, is Head of SWPs Research Divison „International Security“ and coordinator of iPRAW, the International Panel on the Regulation of Autonomous Weapons. He is a physicist by training from the Technical University of Berlin and holds a Master degree in Peace and Security Studies from the University of Hamburg. During his post-doc fellowship on European Space Policy, he visited institutions suchh as the European Space Policy Insitute, the European Commission and MIT. Since 2009 Marcel Dickow has been working on topics such as defence technology, space policy, European defence cooperation, robotics and cyber security.
