Stefanie Reininger

After her graduation in chemistry, Stefanie started to bake vegan and glutenfree cakes and sold them in Berlin. Finding her passion in gastronomy business, she ventured into the management of a sustainable restaurant chain. Suistainable food production, fair value chains and a healthy lifestyle is not only part of her job but also is of personal importance to her. She is also an active member of the Lise Meitner Society.
