Prof. Dr. Ellen Euler, LL.M. has a professorship for Open Access and Open Data at the Faculty of Information Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam since mid-2017. Before that she worked for 6 years in the management of the German Digital Library. Her research focuses on free access to knowledge and culture via the Internet as the basis for digital, transformative cultural practices.
